These terms govern use of this website. A paid search, if offered, is subject to separate written service terms presented before it begins. Sending an enquiry does not create a paid engagement or require payment.
Website and search model
CaregiverAgency.ca provides information and accepts enquiries about a candidate search and introduction service. The stated search fee is $995 CAD, while caregiver or home-helper pay and direct-hire costs are separate. The site does not promise a candidate, hire, completion date, qualification, screening result or particular outcome.
Direct-hire responsibilities
The family interviews and selects any person it decides to hire, agrees the working terms, manages the relationship and pays that person directly. The family is responsible for verifying information relevant to its decision and determining employment, payroll, tax, insurance, safety, privacy and workplace obligations. CaregiverAgency.ca is not the employer or provider of the selected person's hourly care.
Information, guides and calculator
Website material is general information, not legal, tax, payroll, employment, financial or medical advice. Rate observations are dated examples or marketplace snapshots, not quotes or averages unless explicitly described as such. Calculator results depend entirely on visitor inputs and explicit cost treatments.
This website is not an emergency or clinical service. Contact the appropriate emergency service or qualified health professional for urgent or medical needs.
Your submissions
You confirm that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are permitted to provide it. Do not submit unlawful content or sensitive records that the form does not request. The Privacy Policy explains how enquiry information is handled.

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, scrape personal information, or use the service for unlawful, discriminatory or abusive activity.
