A Search Built Around the Person Who Needs Support
Tell us about the day-to-day help required, the preferred routine, important languages and the experience you would like a candidate to have. Depending on the caregiver's skills and the agreed role, duties may include companionship, assistance with daily routines and personal care, meal preparation, accompaniment to appointments, and household tasks connected with the person's support.
If particular training or experience is essential, include that in your enquiry. Candidate qualifications and suitability for specific duties need to be established during the selection process.
Full-Time, Live-In or Live-Out
We focus on finding someone for an ongoing role in your household. Let us know the working days, hours and whether accommodation is part of the arrangement. A live-in arrangement still needs clearly agreed working hours and time off.
You Choose. You Hire Directly.
We search and introduce candidates for you to consider. You speak with those you wish to interview and agree on the employment arrangements with the person you choose. Our search fee is $995 CAD. Caregiver pay is separate, and we do not charge an ongoing hourly commission.
